Accounts Administrator

Unnatural Flooring and its sister companies

Unnatural Flooring and its sister companies are seeking a Full Time Accounts Administrator to join its rapidly growing businesses. Based in our offices in Loddiswell, the desirable candidate will have previous experience working within an accounts department, with a willingness to learn and a hard working attitude.

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department with day-to-day accounting tasks. You’ll ensure accurate financial records are maintained and help the business manage its finances efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts, and entering data into accounting software or databases
• Credit control and debt recovery tasks
• Answering telephone queries and emails
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal sales teams
• Assisting with ad hoc finance projects as required

Skills you will need:

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work to Kingsbridge TQ7 4EA

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
